Jim Re-Appointed to NAHB Committee

Jim McCulley was re-appointed to the National Association of Homebuilders, Environmental Issues Commitee for 2010.

The committee and subcommittees will meet in Washington, DC in April, New York City in September and Orlando, FL in January of 2011.

Jim was proud to serve on this committee in 2009 and honored to be re-appointed for another year.  The committee is currently dealing with several issues at the national level, including:

  • Storm Water ELGs
  • Chesapeake Bay
  • Energy Efficiency
  • Climate Change
  • Wetlands

International Builders Show

Jim is back from the International Builders Show (IBS) where he got a lot of good information related to the economy, environmental issues and energy efficiency.

Jim serves on the Environmental Issues Committee at the National Association of Homebuilders and had his regular committee meeting in association with the IBS Convention.  Jim also serves on the NAHB Board of Directors which also met in conjunction with IBS.

Chicago NAHB Meetings


Jim is back from Chicago where he attended the 2009 Fall Board Meetings for the National Association of Homebuilders. Jim serves on the Environmental Issues Committee, the Education Subcommittee, the Post Construction Storm Water Management Task Force and the NAHB Board of Directors.

Jim McCulley named for NAHB Committee

Jim McCulley, founder and CEO of JCM Environmental, has been selected to serve on the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) Environmental Issues Committee.  This committee meets at the NAHB Spring and Fall Board Meetings as well as the International Builder's Show.

This appointment is in addition to Jim's election to the NAHB Board of Directors in January of this year and Jim also serves on the Board of Directors of the State Association, Homebuilder's Association of Delaware.

Jim and all of the staff of JCM Environmental are committed to the home building industry and assisting the industry in understanding the environmental rules and regulations and helping the industry promote greener practices.
